Spent Christmas in this wonderful hotel located in the bustling heart of the city. Loved the quiet and peaceful atmosphere of the hotel amidst the hustle and bustle of the city. the clean and comfortable rooms easily accommodate a family, with great interiors and comfortable beds. the staff were extremely friendly and made us feel at home throughout our stay. the key location made it possible to visit most tourist spots within walking distance. the tasty breakfast and dinner offered were two of the great facts offered here.
That we had difficulty locating the hotel as it is located in a narrow alleyway. It would have been nice if the hotel had a larger sign on the front facade for its recognition.

We truly had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The location here is absolutely perfect, nestled amidst the labyrinthine streets of the medina. Despite being in such a complicated area, the hotel provides a shuttle service that made it incredibly easy for us to navigate our way around. The staff here are beyond exceptional - Joel, Fatima, and Fatiha went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for. They were always available to assist us with any questions or needs we had.
This hotel is highly recommended for families.

The rooftop terrace had a great view, and the room was spacious and clean. The staff was helpful, and the chef prepared delicious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The location was great because everything was within walking distance.
Our room was cold and drafty, and we had to use an extra blanket to keep warm. The Wi-Fi signal was weak and unreliable, and we struggled to connect to the internet.

Clean and comfortable hotel with excellent staff. The location is great for visiting a nearby historical mosque and the CTM bus station. Breakfast is also delicious.
Could not be improved in any way.
